For years, that\u2019s how I introduced myself. Through events, diagnoses, and everything I had been through. It was the way I tried to make sense of my life.
I was born in Thessaloniki and have been living in Athens since childhood. At some point, my life changed significantly due to a long and challenging health condition that led me to depend on others for everyday things.
This is part of my experience. Not my identity.
I tried many things. Treatments, doctors, travel, different approaches. Some helped, some didn\u2019t. But through all of it, I started noticing something deeper.
That beyond the body, beyond thoughts and feelings, fears, constantly changing emotional states, there is something stable.<\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019m not trying to become something. I\u2019m not waiting to \u201cfix\u201d myself to feel whole and fulfilled.
My daily life still has limitations. There are things I need help with. But it doesn\u2019t define me the way it used to.
If something has truly changed, it\u2019s how I see myself.
I\u2019m not here to prove that I \u201cmade it.\u201d
And I\u2019m not here to teach.

My connection with Ethera Wellness came naturally, through my own experience.
